From water one can admire particular prospectives of the city and its buildings. Some corners and some architectural characteristics are visible, then, only from the "rii", so that it is necessary using the boat to be able to see them; of course one should use a rowing-boat, because with a motor hull these "hidden images" appear only for a moment or they escape attention.
